- 1/4 cup sugar (I later felt this might have been too much, I’ll cut down on sugar the next time I make this)

- 1 Tbsp. instant yeast
- 1 egg (+ 1 tablespoon water)

- 1 tomato (thickly sliced)
- 2 burger buns (sliced)
- 1 aubergine (sliced)
- 200 grams halloumi (sliced)
- olive oil
- mayonnaise (harrisa, I added some harissa to Japanese mayonnaise, how much harissa you use depends on how spicy you want your mayo)
- red onions (caramelised)
- rocket leaves
- 500 grams beef mince
- sea salt
- black pepper
- 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 4 mushrooms (portebello)
- 4 burger buns (halved)
- olive oil
- 200 grams swiss cheese (sliced)
