This was excellent! My favorite food is Vietnamese and I would not change a thing with this recipe. Since we are a pescatarian household, I topped salmon with the marinade on a baking sheet and set it on the grill. Everything was bursting with flavor.

So yummy!! And quick, I prepare it the night before and let it marinade overnight. It’s quick on the grill the next night for a quick weeknight meal. Kids love it too.
