    It was alright, taste was great, but the “batter” was more like a dough consistency. Needed to spread it out a bit. Would make again, but next time going to add an extra tablespoon of espresso. Also kinda let down by the lack of coffee flavor, would probably increase the coffee extract to a full teaspoon.
