Improvised with ponzu bc i didn't have enough soy. I also did steamed broccoli with the dish. It was even better the next day as leftovers.

not too sure if the pan wasn't perfect but managed to make it work. Tastey and didn't waste money on a ribeye.

Delicious! Quick and easy. Instead of kimchi I roast sweet potatoes and string beans I had in the fridge. I made jasmine rice. I portioned all into meal prep containers for me and the family to take to school and work.

This turned out so good!!! I made it with half the ingredients for the marinade and it tastes just like our local Korean BBQ place! I added microwaved (frozen) carrots to add some veggies and it was a good decision! If I had a fresh carrot I definitely would have sautéed it with the beef to get all the flavor in!

This marinade is simply awesome. I've tried it with more than simply beef. It's great with pre-cooked chicken, tilapia fillets, etc. It's just yummy!

Turned out pretty good! I added fresh garlic, ginger and onion to add a bit more flavor. Garlic powder and onion wasn't enough to season the meat for me. Overall good recipe! Will make it again.

Great on the grill. I have the butcher cut the ribeyes into 1/2 inch thick and I cook only a couple of minutes per side on high heat. It comes out great and everyone loves it.

This was super easy and absolutely fantastic! Modified it a bit to accommodate less meat (which honestly I wish I would have made more lol). I used extra marinade (not from the meat) and reduced it to create a sauce to drizzle the dish. I also added sliced sweet peppers.

Recipe turned out great. I would recommend marinating the meat longer than the hour the recipe calls for. I would also cook the meat in a little of the marinade to use as a sauce for the rice.

Amazing . Not a big fan of sesame oil... next time will use 1/4 cup. Garnished with scallions really helps bring out the flavor.

Very tasty, and easy to prepare !! We cut down on the sugar by half, and it didn't seem to harm the recipe.
