    I was nervous about making this but it ended up being pretty easy. Most importantly though, is it’s SO good. If you’ve ever had a bibimbap bowl at Bonchon, it taste just like that.

    I used the pear and beef turned out very tender. Tasty dish.

    I followed the instructions, with few alterations. This dish turned out well, tender and flavourful. The kiwi tenderizer worked extremely well, awesome idea! Cucumber salad is a nice accompaniment.
