- 1/2 cup shredded carrots (about 1 large carrot)
- 3/4 cup wish-bone buffalo ranch dressing

- Toss farfalle with remaining ingredients in large serving bowl. Serve chilled or at room temperature and, if desired, on a bed of lettuce, garnished with celery leaves.
- Cook farfalle according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water until completely cool.

Turned out great. Substituted Greek Yogurt dip for Ranch dressing to reduce calories and use up the dip. Everyone liked it.
