Have seen several meatloaf recipes for Buffalo Meatloaf. But, this was a winner hands down. Tomato sauce and paste were the hit ingredients that made it taste so great.
I did add celery for a little crunch, just enough for even mixture. Followed all the instructions and enjoyed it for dinner and lunch.

im a novice cook but my fiancé and i eat bison at least once weekly. i followed this reciepe except for the sauce at the end (i doubled it thinking not using a loaf pan may make it dry. ) and it was perfect! will def become a regular in our home!
