- 4 baking potatoes (large, unpeeled and baked)
- 1/2 cup hellmann's or best foods spicy buffalo with frank's redhot flavored reduced fat mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Cut potatoes in 1/2 lengthwise. Scoop pulp from potatoes, leaving 1/2-inch shells; set aside.
- Arrange potatoes on baking sheet. Evenly top with blue cheese. Bake 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and potatoes are heated through.
- Mash pulp with Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Spicy Buffalo with Frank's® RedHot® Flavored Reduced Fat Mayonnaise and sour cream. Evenly fill potato shells with potato mixture.
