The meatballs were fantastic! This will probably become my go-to recipe for turkey meatballs. They came out juicy and flavorful. These small meatballs had great pops of flavor with the finelly chopped onion and seasoning. Even though I was skeptical about the time, they cooked perfectly in 15 minutes. I am giving this recipe only 3 stars because the sauce was bad-- inedible, for my taste. The vinegar flavor was overwhelming, and the heavy paprika seasoning made it gritty. I ended up not using it, and still enjoyed the meatballs.
