- 1/4 cup soy milk
- 1 handful parsley (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp. dried dill
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 15 oz. extra firm tofu (drained and pressed)
- 1/2 cup corn starch
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1/4 cup oil (to lightly fry the tofu)
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (like Frank's)
- 3 Tbsp. butter (choice, or vegan butter )
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 3/4 cup carrots (shaved)
- 1 avocado (diced)
- salad (additional, toppings, as desired)
