    Pretty much my own recipe, with the exception adding black pepper, garlic salt , Emeril's seasoning, and either Worcestershire or light soy sauce. I melt 1/2 c Smart Balance with 10-11 tbsp of TEXAS PETE sauce. When wings are done, I pour the sauce over them, and serve with garlic toast and blue cheese dipping dressing ( for me).
