    I've tried it a few times and there is a very small window where they become the perfect texture so periodically check on them as you're cooking and you won't be disappointed!

    This recipe was a bust. The chickpeas burned, or they weren't crunchy. Won't be trying these again.

    be careful substituting other sauces for hot sauce; if the sauce has too much sugar it can burn
