Followed the directions and used sweet baby rays buffalo sauce with homemade ranch for dipping. Tasted great

Didn't care for this one. Maybe I added too much sauce or it could be the almond flour but it was soggy.

wasn't expecting the chicken to not brown, but after the sauce was added it tasted pretty good.

Nice flavor however my chicken ended up a little chewy so if I make it again, I will need to check on the chicken before 30 minutes.

Turned out great! We ended up putting it under the broiler for 3 minutes to crisp up the breading

would add more salt next time and maybe italian seasonings but overall pretty tasty!! even the non-keto eaters in my house got seconds!!!

We quadrupled the recipe, as we wanted a weeks worth of leftovers for dinner and lunches. The only thing we will do differently next time is to add more salt and some granulated garlic to the almond flour and the chicken.
