- 2 egg whites
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 16 oz. boneless skinless chicken breasts (each raw, 1 lb total)
- 1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce (I used Anchor Bar brand)
- 6 tortillas (low carb, high fiber, I used La Tortilla Factory’s Smart & Delicious Low Carb, High Fiber)
- 9 Tbsp. blue cheese dressing (light, I used Marie’s Light Chunky Blue Cheese – my favorite brand by far!)
- lettuce (chopped, I used Romaine)
- 2 carrots (medium, shredded with a vegetable peeler)
- wing sauce (Optional: additional, for drizzling)
