- 1 egg (pastured, beaten)
- 1 cup almond meal (OR ½ cup coconut flour, your choice!)
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 1/3 cup hot sauce (I use Tessemae's Buffalo Sauce)
- 2 Tbsp. ghee (or coconut oil)
- 2/3 cup avocado oil
- 1 egg (pastured)
- 1/2 tsp. mustard powder
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 2 tsp. dried dill (or 2 tablespoons fresh, minced)
- 1 1/2 tsp. dried parsley (or about 1 tablespoon fresh, minced)
- 3/4 tsp. minced garlic (fresh, or ¼ tsp garlic powder)
