This turned out really well, I used two smaller spaghetti squash and had individual portions served in the skins. Topped with a paleo friendly habanero ranch ... yummm

I love buffalo chicken and this recipe was perfect and healthy. I opted for shredded mixed cheese instead of blue cheese.
