- 1/4 cup hot sauce (I prefer Frank's Buffalo Wings Sauce)
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 6 cups romaine lettuce (washed and chopped)
- 2 carrots (peeled and cut into matchsticks)
- 2 celery stalks (cut into matchsticks)
- 2 green onions (thinly sliced)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/3 cup non fat greek yogurt (plain)
- 2 Tbsp. low fat buttermilk
- 1 Tbsp. light mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. hot sauce (use the same as what the chicken is marinated in)
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. agave syrup (honey, or sugar)
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. onion powder
- 1/8 tsp. dried dill weed
