Directions
- Grill or broil chicken, turning once and brushing frequently with Mayonnaise, until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 12 minutes.
- Toss lettuce, cucumber, celery and Dressing in large bowl or on serving platter. To serve, slice chicken and arrange over salad.
