- 2 large carrots (peeled and diced)
- 3 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt (whole fat)
- 2 eggs (whisked)
- 3/4 cup hot sauce (Frank Red)
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (separated)
- blue cheese crumbles (optional, not my thing but some like it)
- salt (/pepper)
