- 1/3 cup hot sauce (Frank's Red, or Tabasco Sauce for a spicier flavor)
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 tsp. white sugar (raw or regular, start with 1 teaspoon, taste and add more if desired)
- 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt (fat free)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 oz. blue cheese (crumbled, melt one ounce in microwave)
- 1/3 cup fat free buttermilk
- juice (of ¼ lemon, or to taste)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley (finely)
- 1 Tbsp. green onion (finely sliced)
- 2 Tbsp. chopped celery (finely)
- 1 tsp. pepper
