Will never make regular Mac n cheese again :) I don’t think it needs modifications, but I added ⅓ c marscapone cuz I had some open. Added a dash of nutmeg and 2 t. Dry mustard to season the bechamel. Then a layer of grated Parmesan on top. I can’t find Monterey Jack here, so I used gruyère parmesan and mozzarella in its place. Absolutely super!

delicious recipe, i didn't have panko so i crushed townhouse crackers and sprinkled them over the top. I would definately make this again.

The crunchiest macaroni and cheese ever! Go big on the cheese panko and hot sauce!!
