- 2 1/2 cups pasta (cooked)
- 3/4 cup cooked chicken (chopped, you can use a rotisserie chicken or cook a chicken breast on the stove)
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 red onion (chopped small, any onion will be though)
- 1 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp. corn starch
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. tabasco (sause)
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 cups cheese (grated, I used half fresh mozzarella and half gouda because that's what I had, but be creative!)
- crumbled blue cheese
- green onions
- cilantro
- 5/16 cup wing sauce (your favorite)
- 1 Tbsp. tabasco
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. water
