- 8 slices cheddar cheese (deli-cut)
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 8 slices American cheese (deli-cut)
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 2 Tbsp. white wine (or white vinegar)
- 3/4 cup greek yogurt (or sour cream)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise (or Fabanaise)
- 2 tsp. super-fine sugar
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tsp. granulated garlic
- 1 tsp. granulated onion
- 2/3 cup blue cheese (finely crumbled blue or smoked)
- 3 dashes hot sauce (such as Frank’s Red Hot sauce, optional)
