- 1/3 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup sliced scallions (thinly, + extra for serving)
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro (+ extra for serving)
- grated cheddar cheese (freshly, for serving)
