- 1 tsp. chili pepper (chipotle, or double cayenne if you don't have this)

- 1 tsp. cumin
- 2 cups buffalo wing sauce (plus more for serving, I just put in half a bottle)
- ranch dressing (for serving, optional)
- blue cheese (for serving, optional)
- celery (extra, on the side, optional)
