My family and I liked it. I made a double batch so I had to cook the cauliflower much longer. I test tasted them until they were the consistency that I wanted. I served it with Spanish Rice.

Very good! I would change the avocado dressing a bit.. more creamy but it was really tasty!

I added a little homemade cashew cheese to the avocado sauce and it was amazing!
