I am certain this is an awesome recipe however I used the green giant riced veggies cauliflower with lemon and garlic. I didn’t realize I picked up the lemon and garlic flavor however I would not recommend it because the garlic is very very strong. Next time I will use the regular or the florets. The cream was not quite to my liking I had to add a small amount of sour cream for flavor and more chives.
