- 1 cup greek yogurt (plain 0% fat)
- 3/4 cup hot sauce (I used Frank's and it was pretty spicy. Use less if you want it more mild!)
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella (+ more for the top!)
- 1/4 cup green onions
- 2 oz. cream cheese (cut into cubes)
- 1/3 cup shredded carrots
