    The recipe used a lot of butter and the batter seemed a little underwhelming. But the texture was pretty good.

    Super yummy! Will definitely make again. The smaller pieces of cauliflower were crunchier after the first roasting so I’m going to make them all like that next time!

    loved it!! i didn't have the hot sauce asked for so i made my own- mixed smoked bbq sauce with smoked habanero hot sauce- and it was great!

    Great recipe! I baked the cauliflower about 30 minutes, trying to get it as crispy as possible. I did turn it once during baking. I added buffalo sauce to the ranch dressing also my husband loved it and said it was better than what we had eaten at a local restaurant!

    Love this recipe. I added Cajun seasoning to the flour as well. Amazing
    I used all purpose flour and it was so good😍 I like spicy so I added some red pepper flakes and cayenne powder to the flour. I will definitely be making this again

    I used gluten free bobs red mill flour, and these turned out fantastic!!!!! Absolutely loved them!!! 😊😉👍🏼👍🏼

    Does not work with rice flour. Also needs more cooking time.
