This was awesome! My girlfriend and I had this later than we usually eat and it was nice and light. Super easy to make too :)

Sooooo good and addicting!! I could eat it every week my husband loved it as well we've always loved buffalo rice but this is even healthier!

Just the right amount of spice and very tasty. Did not have with ranch or bleu cheese. Would make again, but would make more to better feed 3 people (also added a side of rosemary potatoes and it paired very well).
