hello, lovely recipe I added some garlic a glass of sweet wine and the soft part of a bread roll dipped in milk and squeezed - it holds the ingredients together, makes it easier to shape I certainly rate this recipe 4 stars

Excellent recipe. Made it following directions first time but after that I added cooked quinoa(about a cup) , let the mixture rest overnight and we liked texture even more. We are card carrying carnivores but it's always nice to add a bit of good fiber and protein.

My boyfriend and I love these. They give you all the great flavors of Buffalo Wings with out all the calories and fat. Anytime I have a Buffalo wing craving these are my go to. They were very easy to make and stayed formed together. I opted to use ground turkey.

This was a great recipe, I made 3 different kinds of meatballs for new years eve, it was a hit! I added more celery and it was too much, but other then that, it was great!
