- 1/2 cup kimchi (fermented, chopped)
- 4 oz. polish sausage (sliced)
- 4 oz. spam (sliced thinly)
- 1/2 pkg. pork
- 1 cup radish sprouts (or spinach, watercress, arugula)
- 1/2 cup tofu (sliced, optional)
- 1/4 cup baked beans (canned, optional)
- 16 slices rice cake (optional)
- 1 slice American cheese (optional)
