Excellent! I added a bit of cinnamon sugar to the batter for breakfast crepes.
I filled them with strawberry yogurt and walnuts then rolled them up. Spread cranberry orange curd on top then finished by sprinkling blueberries, blackberries and bacon pieces on top. Didn't get a chance to get a picture before they were attacked by a hungry husband.
This recipe is so simple and perfect for both sweet and savory crepes. I will try making a spinach crepe next time.
