- 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
- 1 Tbsp. flax meal (or chia meal, but I haven't tested that)
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder (I like to make my own, find out how here.)
- 6 Tbsp. applesauce (or mashed banana)
- 1 tsp. vanilla (I like to make my own)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 banana (sliced)
- 2 Tbsp. chocolate (chopped dairy-free, I love this kind!)
