- 10 beef short ribs
- 1 can beer (preferably Bud heavy)
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- water

Directions
- In a large pot, place ribs, beer,vinegar, and enough water to cover ingredients well.
- Slow boil ribs, an hour or more on low heat.
- Remove ribs when almost fully cooked. Baste with favorite bbq sauce or rub. Our is Hunts Honey Hickory, but can hardly find it anywhere.
- Grill or broil.
