- 10 Tbsp. unsalted butter (1 1/4 sticks or 5 ounces, melted and cooled)

Not the greatest experience with this recipe but that may be because I don't have a stand mixer. Using a handheld mixer, the peanut butter mix came out as crumbles, which didn't stay together very well. The flavors were great, though; I do agree with the author's recommendation of a little salt and it works with semisweet baking chocolate.
