These were great! Just perfect blend of peanut butter and chocolate. Not too sweet even with all the powdered sugar. The semi sweet chocolate was a nice balance. We did reheat the chocolate a few times to keep it soft enough to dip and then that allowed us to put the peanut butter balls back in for a bit as well as they had softened up a bit too. Next time we may use something to keep the chocolate warm and also freeze the peanut butter balls for a longer time (at least several hours) before dipping
