- 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
- 2 tsp. vanilla powder
- 1 cup confectioner’s sugar (sifted)
- 1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa
- 16 oz. frosting (Pillsbury Chocolate Fudge, Filled Pastry Bag)
