It was really good; my BF loved it. I thought there wasn’t enough sauce for the amount of pasta. I’d also add extra meat next time.

Came out great! Very simple to make-although I did have to make an extra trip to Trader Joe’s for the guanciale.

Absolutely delicious. I had the authentic dish my last night in Rome and had to find a recipe once I got back to the states. I brought back the pecorino romano cheese from Rome and needed to use it. I added a little more pancetta than the recipe called only because I love it. The meal was delicious!
