I made the pie but something went wrong. I preheated oven at 300 and baked the pie at 300 for an hour . The lattice work on the top melted so I turned it up to 400 and watched it til it browned then took it out. I used a store bought pie crust. Could that have made a difference? It tasted good and I will try again.
