- 1/2 cup dry white wine (4oz, 120ml)
- 2 1/4 cups chicken stock (18oz, 540ml, may not all be used)
- 1/2 onion (chopped other half for the condimenti)
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan (about 2oz, 60gr)
- 8 oz. sausages (240gr, sliced into bite-size pieces any flavor, hot or not)
- 7 oz. Brussels sprouts (200gr, trimmed)
- 1/2 onion (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 1 tsp. rosemary
