I love this soup! I used fresh Brussels sprouts, which is a bit of work, but so tender and delicious since i pre-cooked them. I did use a shortcut by using bacon pieces (like for salad), but oh how I love this soup. I'm a huge fan of Brussels sprouts, but this soup is not so strong that those that aren't sure how they feel about them will like it. Delicious!!
