we LOVE it! I've made this numerous times, even for dinner guests. my husband decided he'll make his favorite vegetarian dish for me. it really does take a long time the first time you try this recipe but it gets easier the more you do it. i waited a few hours tonight for dinner 😞

So delicious. Actually took less time than I thought - and you can fry the rice while the tofu is baking. Will make again.

Mathis turned out really well! My kids don't even like Brussel sprouts or tofu, but they loved this!

Amazing dish! We don't like spicy so we didn't use the sriracha, but it turned out great. The most time consuming part is cooking the tofu, but you can pretty much prepare everything else while that is baking.
