Been making this for a while now and has become family favourite Perfect for keto and use the bacon grease instead of olive oil for extra flavour

Amazing! I substitute the bacon for turkey bacon and added some maple syrup at the end for an added sweetness. Delicious!

Amazing! I used the same pan I cooked the bacon in (along with a bit of the leftover grease) to cook the Brussel sprouts. Added more become flavor!

I substituted the bacon for Italian sausage. I should’ve put the sausage to cook before the Brussel sprouts. And cooked it a little longer to reduce the bitterness of the Brussel sprouts. It turned out fine.

Delicious. Made this to go with Christmas dinner and everyone loved it. I used 2 cloves of garlic instead of 6 and that was plenty for us.
