If you like the taste of raw brussel sprouts then you'll love this bitter and sweet salad; I liked it I did however use candied cranberries and walnuts to help round out the bitterness of the raw brussel sprouts. the vinaigrette in here is actually very good as well, adds a nice acidity without being over the top.

Wow, I made this for Christmas lunch and it turned out SO well! Very fresh and light, healthy and delicious!
