Delicious and crunchy. Not much more effort than standard roasted Brussels sprouts but better flavor. A new go to side.

Very tasty but best to use the biggest Brussel sprouts you can find. Small ones just fell apart when slicing. Still delicious though!

Great. Just mixed everything together. Used a shredded three cheese blend. And I’ll make it again.

Great I should have let it stay in longer than 16 minutes on convection oven 425° F

I first tossed in EVOO, then some chana flour, then went on with the recipe as written. Crunchy for certain! Delish!

Super easy - I subbed Manchego for the Parm and onion flakes for the powder. everyone loved this!.

These were excellent! I usually use bacon with my Brussels sprouts but did not have any available. This recipe was an amazing option.

They were great very crisp and flavorful I would suggest adding less salt but of course that’s always to taste !
