Reminded me of brussel sprout fondue. :) So, since some comments said this was very mild, I tweaked a bit.
I added a drizzle of balsamic after tossing the prepared sprouts - before the first bake.
Added 1/4 c rose wine to sauce and a bit extra cheese.
For the final bake, I added some fine-cubed organic sourdough bread around the edges so they could toast nicely in the oven.
(Then dipped a few slices in a bit of sauce I reserved, for a little snack, as I love fondue! Cook's reward!!!)

Not bad. I tweaked the recipe to use nutritional yeast rather than cheese and soy milk as I’m allergic to dairy. Had to add a little more salt for our taste as well as red pepper instead of black pepper. Mild flavor but tasty as a side dish to baked cod.
