Fabulous! I Slightly modified it because I had some other ingredients, e.g. I only had premium pecorino cheese, I grated into the topping mixture, I made it stretch a little bit further due to insufficient ingredients, I added some finely chopped green olives, and a few baby capers. on some I even added some anchovies, after taking them out of the oven, it was yummy-luscious!!
