It was ok. It's a good appetizer for an Italian course. I toasted the bread prior, and put mozzarella cheese on the bottom before putting the toppings on there.

I put some mozzarella on the bread under the tomato sauce. That was very practic and delicious.

Very good taste, but make sure you toast the bread before you top it, and take out the seeds of the tomatoes, otherwise it can be soggy.

delicious! i used regular tomatoes since i couldn't find Roma tomatoes. i smeared garlic and herb alouette cheese to the bread before topping with the bruschetta and cheese. tasted just like houlihans bruschetta.
