This is a great combo of ingredients. I use onions and garlic when a recipe calls for it but I don’t like their individual flavors. This recipe has no onions!! I think that’s why I like it better than my old “ go to” bruschetta recipe. The lemon zest and juice made it seem refreshing but not overpowering.

Excellent! My friends and family loved it. I may go lighter with the balsamic next time or possibly use a balsamic glaze before serving.

Amazing! A few notes - I didn’t use lemon zest, I used dry parsley instead of fresh, and I used feta instead of mozzarella (pantry limitations). But I have zero complaints and got lots of compliments! I’d make again the same way with fresh parsley for even more freshness. Perfect for summer

Very good! Have made this a few times. Definitely need to marinade for the time specified. I marinaded for the full hour.

Very good. Used Roma tomatoes. The lemon makes it a little too bright so a little less next time.

Extremely yummy... I didn’t had Balsamic vinegar so I added 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar and 1/2 tsp sugar. You can even add cider vinegar if you don’t have red wine vinegar.
